Sugar Free Pear Crisp

Ok, Ok....the rave of 123poopitout on facebook.....now the recipe:

Pears, as most fruits are very sweet. So sugar is not needed. Much healthier, as sugar is linked to many diseases. Most crisps are so sweet you don't even taste the fruit, oats or butter....just a sweet, gross taste. Once you bake without sugar/sweeteners you really "see" the difference. Try to use organic and local ingredients...

1. cut enough pears into medium sized pieces to fill a loaf pan 2/3
2. sprinkle some cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger or....
topping:
about 2 cups oats
1/2-3/4 cup butter [or oil, but butter is key!]
pinch of sea salt 
mix well together
put on pears, pressing gently with a fork to compact it
cook 350 for about 30 min. till pears are soft and top is browning
the most important part is to bring some over to me! :)
